Terms & Conditions to Joining our HTO Association

Please read the following membership eligibility criteria and terms carefully before applying for HTO Association membership.

  • Minimum 2 years old GST registration.
  • Must have a proper office setup (owned or rented).
  • Active travel business with regular operations.
  • Valid business registration (GST, PAN, and other applicable licenses).
  • Good market reputation with no major fraud complaints.
  • Should agree to follow the HTO Rule.
  • Minimum 2 references/recommendations from existing HTO members (if required).
  • Active website and official business email ID.
  • Dedicated business contact number and WhatsApp.
  • Must provide company profile and visiting card.
  • Should have at least 2 full-time employees (optional).
  • Should not be involved in unethical business practices.
  • Must attend HTO meetings and association activities regularly.
  • Membership approval by the Prime Members/Executive Committee.
  • Must accept the HTO Membership Terms & Conditions.
  • Annual membership fee (if applicable).
  • Membership can be suspended or cancelled for misconduct or violation of HTO rules.
Important: Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. All applications are subject to verification and final approval by the HTO Executive Committee.
