Terms & Conditions to Joining our HTO Association
Please read the following membership eligibility criteria and terms carefully before applying for HTO Association membership.
- Minimum 2 years old GST registration.
- Must have a proper office setup (owned or rented).
- Active travel business with regular operations.
- Valid business registration (GST, PAN, and other applicable licenses).
- Good market reputation with no major fraud complaints.
- Should agree to follow the HTO Rule.
- Minimum 2 references/recommendations from existing HTO members (if required).
- Active website and official business email ID.
- Dedicated business contact number and WhatsApp.
- Must provide company profile and visiting card.
- Should have at least 2 full-time employees (optional).
- Should not be involved in unethical business practices.
- Must attend HTO meetings and association activities regularly.
- Membership approval by the Prime Members/Executive Committee.
- Must accept the HTO Membership Terms & Conditions.
- Annual membership fee (if applicable).
- Membership can be suspended or cancelled for misconduct or violation of HTO rules.
Important: Submission of an application does not guarantee membership. All applications are subject to verification and final approval by the HTO Executive Committee.
